We built Prospect Bank for 1st Class Hygiene to manage their sales team from start to finish.
First, the system is used to search a database of over 300,000 companies based on location or business type.
Once a company has shown interest, they can be turned into a prospect and all future negotiations are managed through the system until the contract is either won or lost.
From this activity, analytical data is produced for the management team, allowing them to identify areas that can be improved in their internal processes as well as in Prospect Bank.
Staffordshire based country inn, The Staff of Life asked us to develop solutions for several fo their daily tasks.
Most notably, we built a system that allows customers to check room availability and book online paying by credit card.
These bookings can then be viewed in the bookings calendar from a private administration suite. From here, administrators are able to set individual room pricing for particular dates, update or cancel bookings or set double occupancy rates.
We also developed a system that allows them to create and maintain food and drink menus on their website. They can add and edit items visually, dragging them with their mouse to re-order them. Once they are finished they can instantly publish their changes to the website.
